Technical Project Manager

In your role, you will drive innovative R&D initiatives focused on high performance computing, supporting the development of new product concepts, manufacturing technologies, and materials. You will lead international project teams, contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technologies, and ensure that development projects are executed efficiently while minimizing risks. Acting as a key interface to internal and external stakeholders, you will strengthen the organization's position as a technology leader and expand its innovation network.

• Lead global R&D projects and cross-functional teams in line with defined innovation processes
• Plan, manage, and execute development projects, including budgeting and technical coordination
• Represent the company in collaboration with customers, suppliers, partners, and funding agencies
• Identify, initiate, and drive customer-oriented product development projects
• Monitor emerging technologies, processes, and market trends relevant to modularization
• Ensure protection and strategic development of intellectual property (IP)
• Set project priorities, ensure timely execution, and reduce development risks
• Motivate and guide project teams to achieve high performance and innovation goals

• Degree in electronics, physics, chemistry, mechatronics, telecommunications, or a comparable field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the electronics industry
• Strong knowledge in at least one of the following: PCB, IC substrate, or packaging technologies
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident presentation and moderation skills in an international environment
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
• Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong leadership and teamwork abilities
