The individual will be the primary contact point for Global Energy Infrastructure Systems CEAG marketing communication activities and will report to the EMEA Marketing Communication Department Lead and will be located in Germany, Eberbach.


We are seeking an agile, dynamic and proficient Marketing Communications Manager to join our marcom EMEA team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives. At the same time, you will be responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, from briefings, conceptual and tool design, website updates to developing digital tools.

Aufgaben

This position will enhance our ability in acquiring, developing, and retaining customers:

• Develop marketing communication strategies and plan, concepts, tactics and tools to support the company's short and long term growth objectives
• Advising and supporting business leaders and sales teams on effective communications project execution with sustained tracking and reporting tools
• Organizing the promotional and communication campaigns: Lead the identification, development and deployment of standardized marketing communications processes (i.e. literature creation/deployment, event marketing, sales tools, collaterals, presentations, trade shows, seminars, newsletters, and digital tools)
• Implementing accurate key performance indicators to measure impact and performance at expected level
• Content creation: collaterals, social media, trade publicity, campaigns, Eaton website
• Contributing to maintain and develop a customer focused company culture
• Managing and coaching centralized shared services teams as well as external vendors to ensure proper development of the tools and activation of marketing initiatives and assess opportunities for cost reduction, improved quality, and improved customer experience
• Plan and manage budget to support execution of communications tactics as outlined in the marketing communications plans
• Proactively identify, develop/map and deploy common processes to improve consistency, effectiveness and efficiency of communications programming across the business.

Profil
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience in B2B environment. Experience in MNC will be preferred.
  • Experience from Oil and Gas sector will be an asset.
  • Fluent in English and German, with strong written and spoken language skills.
    Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, Word, Powerpoint
  • Experience in business/marketing writing and brand standards
  • Direct experience developing marketing and communications programs and their ability to impact organic growth.
  • Strategic communications planning skills; ability to define communications objectives which are aligned with business objectives; analyze and interpret information, business conditions, stakeholder positions and other variables in order to develop a framework for strategic communications; define strategic and measurable objectives – in coordination with EMEA Marketing Communications Lead
  • Project management skills; ability to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects according to established processes with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to synthesize complex information; understand the needs and interests of target audiences; define and articulate messages; generate effective and compelling content for a variety of vehicles (news releases, articles, product launches); create and edit copy;
  • Knowledge of graphic design and production: understanding of graphic design including composition, color, imagery, motion, and sound across the spectrum of communications vehicles and successful experience with the production processes for those vehicles
  • Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks and effectively manage competing priorities and projects with minimal supervision and in situations with limited clarity.
  • Outstanding communication and adaptability skills are essential for success in this role
