At Evotec’s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, the Global Legal & Compliance Team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated

Legal Counsel (f/m/d) - Clinical & Regulated Businesses
Full-time and permanent

You will be an integral member of the Evotec Legal & Compliance team and report to the Head of Global Compliance.


Aufgaben
  • Provide legal advice and support on Clinical and other Regulatory or Compliance matters for Evotec SE and the affiliated group companies globally
  • Support Evotec’s commercial and operational functions on Clinical, Regulatory and other Compliance matters, also on new business opportunities: this includes examination of the legal and regulatory aspects, reviewing and creating all kinds of commercial agreements (such as services, license and material transfer agreements but also confidentiality and consultancy agreements), representing the company in the corresponding negotiations with third parties
  • Provide legal advice and support for interdisciplinary projects, also outside the usual legal scope of duties
  • Prepare and review standard operating policies and procedures, contract specimen, standard templates and processes

Profil
  • Fully qualified lawyer with good understanding in clinical or other regulatory matters as well as commercial processes
  • Working experience in the Pharma / Biotech sector including the field of GDPR and GLP / GMP / GCP and Clinical Trials is a plus
  • Solid negotiation skills with the ability to convince at all levels
  • Clear and open communication style to interact effectively across functional, geographic and cultural boundaries within the company and externally
  • Self-starter, who is resourceful and able to work effectively both independently as well as with teams
  • Can handle complexity of the work under pressure and meet deadlines while remaining highly organized
  • Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills; high attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German
